help me... I dont know whats right on FPR

      All,

I am replacing the old stock LS6 fule rails with fast fuel rail and fuel pressure reg.. Im not sure how to run the lines?? I have a corvette fuel filter.. so I only have a single feed line to my rail.. I have searched everywhere and see no configuration for this.. I built a quick visio(saved as jpg) to show what I think I should build.. Is this correct?? Do I need to have a return line back to FPR? Help me understand

In your diagram you have two pressure regulators, the C5 part and the part that you note on the fuel rail. Do not use two fuel pressure regulators in a single system. If you need to have the manifold referanced fuel pressure regulator then eliminate the C5 part and use an in-line filter from a 90's GM truck. Also be sure to verify if the return line goes back to the regulator or to the tank.

If you can use a non-manifold referanced FPR then eliminate the rail mounted setup, put front and rear fuel rail crossover lines in place, and connect to the fuel rail from the C5 part using a single line. The C5 part will need to have a return to the tank.

I'm wondering if whoever made that pic was referring to the stock fuel rails on the later model LS1's. While it may look like a regulator, it's only there for helping in balancing the cylinder banks.

Correct. Also, on the Corvette regulator, the return line is the middle one, on the end that has two lines. The single line is the outlet that goes to your fuel rail.

so using a stock corvette fuel filter i run a feed in the one side, return in the same side, and a engine feed out the other and i do not need a FPR on the firewall? This is for a ls3.

The supply is a russell quick connect fuel fitting (RUS-644123) with a straight AN -6 fitting. On the outlet side, it is the Russell fuel rail adapter fitting (RUS-640940) and then a straight -6 AN fitting.
