1970 chevelle, project go for broke.

Well I don't really know what happened but looks like I am diving head first into another project. we made some really good progress on the Belair this summer and have been driving the crap out of it and enjoying every minute of it! put on about 2,200 miles on it since the end of july and I couldn't be happier with the car. So why start a new project? Well it kind of went this direction like this looking at all the body mods that I have in mind for the be lair this is going to require the body come off the frame and that would end up taking way to long not being able to drive the car so I decided to put the chevelle into play and push the belair on the back burner and make the chevelle the second car in the series of ten cars and then back to the belair after this, that way I can have a hot rod to drive while one is in pieces. ok now that it clear just want to clarify that E.rodz customs is a hobby shop NOT a business! This is just something that myself and a couple of friends are attempting to make some really cool cars. Inspired from Troy Terpanier,The ring bros.,Foose, and many more but the idea is to try to build ten top notch hot rods out of my home shop on a blue collar budget. Please feel free to ask any questions you want, rip on me or just tell me what you think! Am I crazy? or should I be medicated? Ok now you probably figured out why the project is called Go for broke.

Well judging by the other car you guys built, I'm sure this one will be a nice ride!

Care to share what your plans are?

I love it! I did jump on the 67-69 f-body wagon, but I will always have a soft spot for 70-72 chevelles. Looks like a solid start!

Here is the truck that was the first on in the series of 10. this one took like thirteen years to build! now after spending about 22 years building my shop. I am ready to really start going to town and pumping out some really cool cars! here is a link to the truck build picts.

I understand. Most cars I work on are more "rustorations" than customizations.
