      Tracking Number Stalkers

Does anyone else have this problem? As soon as I get a tracking number I probably check it 10 times a day, as if that speeds things up! I can't be the only one???

You aren't the only one. I check mine on the hour. It doesn't speed things up. I think there is a topical applied cream out for it now...

Here something to help feed your crack addiction.

      http://www.packagetrackr.com/

It aggregates a ton of carriers. We use it at work to watch incomming and outgoing shipments.

So I guess that you all share my hatred for USPS tracking system, at least their old one. I would get the package before it even showed me anything other than that the electronic bill had been created for it but that they did not actually have it.

I usually check the tracking once I have been told that its been shipped to see what day to expect it, then once maybe a day before that just to see that everything is going ok. I have yet to have an issue during shipping

I hate USPS online tracking so much! Fedex tracking too. IMO If you're too cheap to UPS it, stop selling stuff! /irrational rant

I do it too. The only problem for me is often the stuff I order online is shipped to a location just across the border. So once the tracking shows it arrives, I still have to wait until I can go pick it up.

I always do this. And in the case of car parts I obsess to make sure I get the part asap, even if it's going to be sitting on a table for weeks afterwards.

A big reason I had this problem was because I lived in an apartment, and if the package came in I'd need to go to the front office by 6pm. I get off work at 5m, so I would speed home to make sure I got it that day! Then it would sit on the kitchen table for weeks.

Now I have a house. They just leave everything at the door.

Doesn't it piss you off when it says it's delivered, but it isn't? Or when they have to get re-routed for some reason.

I do it also, but its worse for me because I work at UPS and at times I know my new toy is out in a trailer in our yard and I can't get it!
