I don't know about a big convoy , but at least 3 or 4 cars will be leaving out of Canton .

I don't know exactly about an A body , but about a 1/2 degree of negative camber is good for most street cars ..

Where on the Southside? Summit has a cruise on Monday nights, starting soon, and there are lots of car-related events down there (though not much strictly protour stuff). I used to live on the southside myself (Jonesboro and Hampton).

I've got a 78 Mustang Cobra I'm trying to get back on the road. 85 5.0 5spd ( world class 5spd waiting to go in) 3.55 posi. I was going to go to Nashville but I doubt I can get everything done on the car that I need to.( brake upgrade, headers, new exhaust, bigger wheels and tires) Money being a big factor also. Ran with the Scca club a few yrs ago. It's a pretty huge group. They actually split it up into morning and afternoon groups and try to get 4 runs in per car. They are either out at Turner field or 6 flags.
There are 2 factors in Autocross, Tires and the loose nut behind the wheel.

Ive been to Summit a couple of times for the shows, first I've heard of the Monday nite cruse. Sounds cool, will have to try that sometime. If you decide to go, let me know and I'll fall in on the way down.I'm off of Virginia Ave & 85 by Woodruff Academy. If Marta would quit running down here it would help my declining property value some! Have you heard of the Caffine & Octane gatherings? I went to my first one on Jan 2nd. It was up off Mansell. Pretty cool. There was a "you name it" of rides. From race prepped GTR Nissan to show quality 60 Biscayne. Every thing in between. I'll let you know when the next is if your interested.

I hear ya. I've been sitting on a mildly prepped 2004r and 2200stahl for 2.5 months. I got on the SCCA site, Atlanta area. Pretty cool, saw a couple of pics of a 65 Elky running some autocross course. That was nice to see. I had a hard time finding a 2011 schedule.

I don't think all the areas are viewable unless you log in, here is the link to the schedule. If it doesn't work, just create an account to see it. I also got an email that has a few more dates than what is posted right now.
