This is a perfect example of a car needing a New Gen wheel. Timeless style, that will NOT go out of style 5 years, or 2 years from now:


The TT2s are an option, but the turn around time on them is "iffy" at best right now. We have seen some sets in 4-5 weeks, but some sets, in 18" have been on order for MONTHS.

For 17s, think about the Vintage Wheel works wheels too, for a grey center, if that is a consideration at all. We're getting those in less than a week, custom welded to whatever backspace we want.

And for the last option I'll lay out there, the Billet Specialties Legends Series wheels are an AWESOME alternative to the TT2 as it is a well manufactured, beautifully polished cast wheel, that won't break the bank, and can be turned around in weeks, not months.

Here's some 18's & 20's. I had these wheels from years ago on a c10 roller chassis. We decided to pop them on the Malibu for a peek. My buddy loves 'em; me, not so much. They are a 'time-less' wheel, but not the look I want for my g-body.

8" fronts w/5.25BS 245-40's
10" rears w/6.00BS 295-40's

Everyone and their mother has a Cragar SS clone (5 spoke wheel, like what you guys keep calling TTII's), and it is serious grating my nerves.

Go with more than 5 spokes, or less than 5. A dish will not look right on a'bu.

Look at the Boss 338s for sure! They are the TT2 style, but less expensive and I think as good or better finish. I have 20x8.5 and 20x10 on my Buick GN, and its dropped 3"+. Extreme look, but easy to afford pricing. I paid less than $850 for the set. (Gray w/ polished lip).

Heres the set up on my GN;
F- Boss 338- 20x8.5 w/ 5.25 BS and 7/16 wheel spacer, 245/35-20
R- Boss 338- 20x10 w/ 6.25 BS and 1" adapter, 275/30-20


F- Bell Tech spindles, and Moog 5658s w/ KYBs
R- Moog 5385s w/ a coil removed, KYBs, and rear disc conversion (thus the high BS wheels)

Front and rear wells got lips trimmed, and still rubs liners in front simply from being 3"+ lowered.
