      UPDATE:

well turns out the land isn't owned by the guy I was hoping it was by but he would find out who does and will get me a phone number. I guess he also said I should really take a look at the rest of the cars on that land. Looks liek I might be going back down sometime next month. I have too much work I need to get done on the GTO and trying to get it ready for the GTO nationals on July 11th

Let us know what cars you find out there. I have a feeling a few more people on this site might be willing to help clear 'em out.

Hey CodeRed, that Camaros.net really is a great place to go for general Camaro forums. It's pretty big. There's a number of folks here that are on there also.

To reference numbers, you might want to print off a page or two at www.camaros.org "Camaro Research Group" They site is geared towards the number crunching research that you asked about for the body tag and VIN.

Even though no 67 SS's were made with 327s. Where do the 67 327 w/ 12 bolt rearends stand as as far collectibility? Obiviously disirible, but is that combination pretty comon, production numbers wise? Just curious.

Guys thier is a guy a few miles from me. He calls himself Camaros Plus. No web page just shows up in the yellow pages. When I was looking for a car he had a few but none I wanted. He has about 10 or more 1st gens and a few 2 and 3 all in basket case through project car similar to this 68. if you need a car or spare project look him up.

Not sure where in Tennessee it is, but you mentioned that you didn't have the means to get it back to Ohio at the moment... if you want to get it, and then pick it up at RTTH this year, or some other time in the near future... I might could help with a place to store it till then. Bill Howell might do the same thing (and truth be told... he's got more room than me).

Oh I know... I'm just saying if that's an obstacle, there are probably some options.

      UPDATE!!!!!

      im getting closer

car has a bit more over growth lol

a neighbor down the road gave me the name of the guy who owns the property and said he has cameras setup around there

I did see a truck parked there but no answer at the door

So i left a note on the windshield of his truck

I checked the car out more

Car does have a rearend and drivetrain but no valve covers or intake but not worried about those

so mainly I would just need wheels

anyone know if 96 Camaro wheels will bolt up?

going to try to find a phone number since I got a address and name now
