That is impressive! You putting a roll cage in there? Given that you're welding the frame to the body, I imagine this is meant to be primarily a track car, yes?

100% street car 0 track time. No plan for a cage as insurance company's won't touch the car. I'll see how it handles the power and go from there.

Wow that is a wicked wheel! Silly question how do you change a rear tire? Is there enough room to get one out of the tubs?

Its a bit of a process for sure, it takes about an hour of screwing around and having 2 people helps.

I'd love to be able to do more updates but kids and work take up most of my time. I only get a few hours a week at best to work on the cars. I'm currently hanging the turbos, so maybe tonight I'll get a few new pics.

So my first thought on the tire size was similar to others but I knew once they were on the car it would look way different than my brain was imagining. Beside the car...no way but on the car it works, kind of like the guy on here building the 30's pickup with big wheels.

Ok so here's the question of the day. Under the hood or in your face. Take into consideration there is nothing stealth about this car.

I would just have them sticking out of the hood even further. Why stop at having them half way out of the hood?

      Under hood. Less drag.

Decided on sticking through a little. I don't really have a choice as the turbo exit will run into the tubs.
Heres approximately where they will live mabey a bit lower.

Also picked up my Holley Dominator EFI setup. This stuff looks amazing.

Why won't I be able to use it, there's tons of 1000hp street cars. Have you ever heard of Nelson Racing, he builds 1000-2000hp street cars all the time.
