      LS Conversion Parts Problems

Well, so far my LS engine conversion (Trailblazer SS LS2) is turning into a big clusterfook. Dressing the engine as I'm taking it to Oregon where it will meet it's new home. Needing to get it dressed, loaded, along with the transmission, rear end, and a pile of suspension parts, by Friday so I can cart it across country over the long weekend.

      Problems so far-

Transdapt 1" setback adapters hit the block casting FEAD bosses. They hit the bosses w/about 1/16" clearance between the adapter plate and the block surface
Mast oil pan is not square- it rocks on the pan rails.

Has anyone else encountered these conditions, and how did you address them?
