cable for autometer speedos?
I'm trying to find a speedo cable for my 71 chevelle. I'm using an autometer speedo which uses a threaded cable on the back of it, where the original cluster used a clip in cable. Anyone know of a cable that will work. For some reason I seem to think that the older Gm's used a threaded cable that looked about that size. But it's been too long to remember.

Go to O'Reilly, they should be able to give you the cable you need for about $15. The one for my 69 Firebird was a CA3002 I think....
