Just a tad . It should be about the same as a new style suburban. Will have actual measurements once a couple of more parts come in.

Such a cool hauler, back in the 70's our phone and electricity services (state run back then) commissioned coach built dodge crew cabs, I've always wanted one but they seldom ever come up for sale.

Set the drivetrain today. Going to have to cut the trans tunnel to be able to slide the cab forward, into position.

Awesome work! Love that this will be modern ride underneath all of that vintage stuff.

      Keep it up!

I'm thinking of treating it so it looks like it has patina then clearing. The question I have is, what do people do to seal seams when doing that?

That looks great! I was just thinking about this the other day.

That motor looks clean! Where'd the drivetrain come from?

Yeah, we'll see how it goes. May just sell the drive train and brakes, put the rest up for the future.

I'm sorry to hear this too. It really is a very cool project. If you can, keep it for later. It's unique. Otherwise I wish I lived closer!

Thanks. I put it up on eBay. http://www.ebay.com/itm/291676862051...84.m1555.l2649 If it hits the reserve then I'll sell, if not then I'll see how my available time looks in a couple of months.

Good luck with the sale. May want to try to get more pictures up on the auction page to help show off the cool-factor of the truck.
