Wasnt quite sure where to ut this, if there is a better place feel free to move it.
WHAT!! Yeah well it might not "fit in" as your typical pro tourer but Im having so much fun with this car I had to share with someone lol. I know how much I enjoy seeing something out of the norm so Im hoping maybe a couple of you will appreciate it for what it is, A daily driver.
I got this car for free from my Dad when my Yukon broke. He had just bought a newer DTS but luckily for me held onto this. While I was very grateful I knoew I had to do something about the looks. The car came wit some CTS wheels I had got for my Dad when it was his. But when the tires wore he just put the hideous stockers back on it.
Here is a few pics of the day I got it.

Very first thing I did was get the CTS wheels out and painted.

And on the car, tranformation started.

I still need to drive the car everyday so I can only do small sections at a time. I figured Id start with the bumpers and cladding first. I began with the front bumper, I took off the push bars and began filling the huge holes left behind. I filled the holes with panel bond, sanded, then finished with another layer of putty and primed. After the primer dried I painted the bumper

After that was done I started on the rear bumper and side cladding.
The bumper had this bar type thing that help some reflectors and it was in real shape. I most likely would have taken this off regardless of its shape, looks much cleaner without it. Only thing that sucked was the amount of holes that was behind it.

And here is how it sits now. I still want to repaint the body a brighter white pearl with the same green tint. I would absolutely love to bag it but the funds are just there. Everything Ive done to it thus far Ive done on my own with very little out of pocket money. But at at least its more presentable as it sits now compared to when I got it. I also wired in two amps Ive had sitting around to push some speakers when I can get around to getting them. Wont be much though, probably just upgrade the stock speakers and add a pair of 12's in the trunk. Most of the lighting has been upgraded with LEDs inside and out.

Here you can kinda see the green flop in the pearl.
