Brought all the fluids to the shop 200 worth
DIFF OIL
TRANNY OIL
ENGINE OIL
POWER STEERING FLUID

Should look to start the car next Friday .. long time and waiting, only drive shaft to install, then off to exhaust purchased stainless steel mandrel bend 2.5 tubing today, tied to the x-pipe from summit and Flowmaster exhausts.

ITS ALIVE - first start up ... off to the muffler shop friday I bought stainless steel pipes and joints plus x -pipe, through magnaflows ..should be nice purrrr come Friday I am going to tig weld it ... enjoy the video

Great project and love the car. It's your car man, don't let everyone tell you what looks good on your car. I didn't think either rim you selected would look that bad. Also, that car next to yours is a Factory Five GTM Supercar. Those cars are kit cars that people build however they want. Really neat.

the link you sent I have seen 1 million 345 thousand and 6 times lol, it was a mock up on photoshop I researched every company, no one does a 20 or 19 in the rally II otherwise that would be me 1000%

US Mags Bandits are available in a 19 and 20, and look better than any of the other Rallye II wheels out there, IMO. I bought them for my '67 GTO, but went with 17's. I didn't want wheels that big. I'm going to add Pontiac center caps to them.

my wheels - are 20x10 running 275 35 20 and 19x8 running 245 40 19

what size tires are those ? and were did you get those rims from please ?

The wheels on that car are Wheel Vintiques Billet Rallye II in 18x9.5 front and rear, with a 5-inch offset (front) and a 4-inch offset (rear). They're wrapped in Goodyear Eagle F1 245/45R18 (front) and 295/40R18 (rear) rubber.

The PMD center caps add a lot. Here's what I did. American Racing 500 rims.

Back side of PMD cap.

Centering hub designed to fit inside of the rim in two spots. This will keep the cap centered.

I don't have a picture but I also had to flatten out the grease cap a little.
I also added a little longer stud with a nylon insert lock nut.

Cap installed.

what size are the wheels ? and how big can you get ? are you going to paint the black more of grey like the originals ?

My wheels are 17" with a 8" in the back and 7" up front.
I'm not sure if I will change the color or not. I have the black center lugnuts and they look pretty nice with the black centers.

Asanti rims are being built as we speak the 505 concaves, I had bought the 5 starts you see now, I will look to sell them for some after market rallyII wheels 18 inch and change them round when ever.

The little things in the project are killers. One way check valve for the brake booster, mine fitting into the gromet is 5/8's I need 3/4, most manufactures are 5/8's, no power brakes as yet. Went to two yunk yards today looking in minus 8 weather, 30 minutes later 8 one way check valves all 5/8s AARRRRHHHHHHHH !!!!!!

RPM gauge would not work, had to go to the source/circuit city to pick up a 10k resister.

Ordered these bolstered seats from legendary auto interiors 3 to 4 weeks build - Hearing from a lot the power difference into these cars you end up slipping and sliding off the stock seats quick, plus I wanted to keep the original look style was brilliant. I ordered the black ones, here great things about these seats

Taking to muffler shop and will tig weld myself Friday or Monday, then I drive it back home looking for paint job, next goal May 1st - drive it harder than I stole it ! Why ... cause life is bloody short ! And you should never look back when you 75 and say I should have done that

I too bought the Legendary auto bolstered foams/covers. My seats go in on the 27th to get done. They look cozy and stock. Are you going with headrests?
