      AFR Composite Intake Manifold

      Has anyone tried one of these manifolds out? If so, how do you like it?

      The idea seems like a good one, just not sure I can get past the costs yet. I am curious to see how well they work.

      I've researched these a lot since they were released and there have been mixed reviews on them. Biggest review thread i've found is here:

      Initial release had an issue with the rear part of the manifold sealing to the block, but supposedly they have corrected that:

      Was hoping they would release a big block version as they said they would, but they didn't. Maybe because they didn't sell enough of the small block ones to allow creating the big block version to be a good business decision. Who knows.

      Thanks for the info, very helpful. I think I'll give one a try. I won't be able to get it done until early next year though, hopefully by the time Power Tour starts. Thanks again.
