Vendors please read!!!

I have to write this because quite frankly i'm fed up with a couple of the vendors out there (& on here) taking advantage of our hard earned money....
I, like most on this site have spent the last year & a half building my dream car & pouring every months paycheck into it only to be dicked around in the process...
So, when i call to place an order & you tell me it's in stock & will go out tomorrow & it doesn't show up for 3 weeks with part of it on back order...this throws off the build timeline & progression of certain things that need to happen in a certain order...just tell me it's on backorder so i can look elsewhere or change my plan!
Also, when you take my money i expect a confirmation & tracking email within a few days... Is this asking too much?
When we call you to check status on the order- please answer your phone or return messages within a reasonable amount of time... Customers don't like to be blown off after They give you money for a product!
This does not apply to all of you as most are on top of their game & a pleasure to buy from- but those of you that suck- you know who you are...

There is a "sticky" at the top of the Open Forum announcing the feedback forum. We can't make it more visible than that. If you post in the feedback forum please follow the specific feedback forum rules. They are posted in a sticky at the top of that forum.
