      Toofun, thanks for saying "well said", but please don't misinterpret what I took so long to say. Don't trash a company for a late evening human mistake. People make mistakes. The suspension probably works as intended so a person forgetting a phone call or even blowing you off doesn't change how the suspension works, which is what you are really after in the end. I do hope you are happy with the product you purchased, we buy these toys to enjoy. In the end, the consumers are buying nonessential items for pleasure. So even if you had a stubborn bolt or a stubborn customer support guy, will you still enjoy your car?



      I tell my guys that when someone gets mad or starts to yell, have them call ME. My guys don't get paid to deal with that, I do. So I understand an owner stepping in, I may not agree with his approach, but it isn't my place to tell someone how to run a business.

      And as for this thread being closed, can the whole thing just be deleted?
