Jeee-Suuus!!!! They must fill those tankers with concrete just to keep from floating away!! I didn't realize at first that there was a cable in between the trucks. I did notice in the background,though and upside-down truck in the river. Wonder what the EPA would think about that-

Exactly what thought... Like OMG. But I have been in Russia and they dont care like we do about everyday safety. I know this because I landed on a lightly plowed runway in a blizzard and took off on one too.
Our flights were not ever delayed!!!
