Yes. This is definite "secret squirrel and need-to-know" stuff. Even I can't get in there ...

I remember reading in another post that it has something to do with documenting a 2000 mile road trip in your pro-touring ride....or something along those lines.

      dont kill me!

You got it! Drive at least 2000 miles in your ride and you're in. I guess you can say it's a way to encourage folks to drive their pro-touring cars instead of loading them up on a trailer.

I've dont more than that in my car lol 1000 mi trip last year when I flew there and drove it home, and a lot of driving this summer and last. I would hope a lot of people have driven a few thousand miles in their car if they're done!

I thought it was 2000 or 3000 miles to and from events - not just driving the car.... That's what will keep me out. Unfortunately I usually have about 18 hours between when events end, and when I need to be at work. Since the past 2 events have been about 8 hrs driving alone without stops, it makes mechanical issues too risky.

Does the power tour count I logged just over 4000 miles during that week

I believe Bill Howell said it did while we were at Motor State. Drop him a line.

That's probably a more accurate statement. I'm sure Bill will chime in with the official word.

Maybe you have to be in the Rat Pack to view.
