Ok, I'm want my exhaust to be black without spending a fortune getting it coated. I found this stuff that they use on professional high temp stoves and cookers like this one.
Both the primer and the paint protect up until 1200 degrees.
I figure if my exhaust is going that high, the paint coming off is the least of my problems. It is also suppose to be scratch resistant.
Worth a try, I will gladly let my exhaust be the guinea pig for this stuff.- Paul
