      Wire Adapter?

I am running into a problem while mocking up my new wiring harness I ran into a snag. This is the A/C wire the 2 prong is coming from the harness the 1 wire (green) is coming from the Sanden compressor. Do they make an adapter for this I will be running a VA system in the future.

Sorry I meant how do I connect these 2 wires into one. What are the 2 coming from the computer positive and one ground? So the one on the compressor is positive and I just need to run a wire to the compressor to ground?

The two from the computer are power and ground, your Sanden compressor should ground through it's attachment to the engine block and not need a ground wire.

On my 2005 GTO harness it's a green wire for power and a black w/red stripe for ground to the compressor.

The Vintage Air harness will supply the power for your compressor. The only wire from the factory harness you need should is the AC sense wire which will tell the ECM to turn on the fans when the compressor is running. You will need to figure out which wire is the AC sense wire and connect the three wires together (VA power, compressor power and AC sense). Who reworked your harness?

Bought the harness from Speartech. John made it per my application.

If you can find a factory diagram to find out which wire in the factory harness is the power supply and connect it then you'll be in business.

The VA harness needs to supply power to the compressor, not the ECM. Your VA will not work otherwise. I think you should give Speartech a call to clarify what those two wires are connected to and also ask him about the AC request signal.

well the ecm for sure doesnt turn on the compressor so that connector its just ran with the harness but im sure the other end is left on the wires that should go through the firewall im sure theres a tag that says AC ON or very similar,so from your vintageair theres a clutch wire thats 12v+ when on and that should go attached to the ac wire by the other end of your harness and then that plug could be converted to a single wire plug as the sanden compressor its already grounded to the compressor body
