Fuel Regulator & Filter selection for LS

Hey Guys - I have a Rock Valley tank with the Walbro intank pump & sock filter on the bottom. I plan to run a returnless feed to the LS7 and need to order the external components.

Is the sock filter on the pump 30 microns? From there I plan to order an external 10 micron filter (Aeromotive 12301).

Can someone recomend a regulator? I'd prefer to stay with Aeromotive.

I run the filter AFTER the regulator, right?

      Thanks,
      G.

Spoke with Aeromotive. They recomended the 15606 regulator and 12301 filter (10 micron). They did not like the returnless design (reg near the tank) but there are enough of you here that are running that and no issues I've heard confirmed so that's what I'm going with.

That regulator part number sounds familiar. I have it mounted to a couple of studs welded to the tank. No problems whatsoever.

I don't have one in my computer and my car is down at the Milwaukee World of Wheels show right now. I will try to remember when I get it back home this week.

Aeromotive parts arrived yesterday including a fuel pressure gauge to run at the rails. Found the 90 degree fittings that I needed for the tank - XRP 90degree with male swivel 1/4" NPT on one end and AN-6 on the other. Profile of the fitting should fit in the tight confines between recess on top of the fuel tank and trunk floor.
