      66 Chevy II 4 door PT/LS1/Boost

Hey guys, i'm more of a lurker on here but I wanted to start a build thread. I think I had one for my 67 RS camaro but I stopped updating it since it is in the corner not gettin any love! Anyways my new project is this grandma fresh 66 Chevy II I got from my uncle. It is a 283/ glide 4 door car. I have a soft spot for a four door just because they are different! I have done a couple other four door chevy's with LS motors in them and air ride so its nothing new to me. They were also a lot easier than a Nova! First thing I need to do is get a Heidts or some kind of front clip, I hate the factory junk. More than likely It will ride on coil overs until everything is done, then swap in air ride, because I love that stuff. I have a t56 and ls1 sitting in the garage for this car and a lot of the other junk I need. Plan right now is just a single 70mm turbo with a 1.00A/r hotside and a mild ls1 to run about 8-10 lbs on. Nothing too radical. Should fly though in a 2800lb car. Only pic I have is the chevy II before I dug it out of my uncles garage, and i'll include my old 66 impala and my buddie 62 bel air we did 2 years ago that gets daily driven.

Any help finding chevy II suspension parts and info would be greatly appreciated!

That twin turbo LS is sick. Nice rides, looking forward to following this one.

      thanks guys.

I'm looking into a summit aluminum fuel tank right now, the stock nova one is rusted away. I'd like to get the cell in there so the car can move under its own power while i'm gathering more parts.Even thought about building my own with an a1000 intank pump. If theres anything i've learned on ls fuel systems, its in-line pumps+ 95 degrees in traffic takes its toll on the pump. I want to power tour this car in June, so none of that mess anymore!
