No worries, I am here, just had a rough couple weeks of being to busy and also a main man down. Actually a victom of our own sucsess right now. Got a solution for that around the corner. I only have a email from you and I did put it n the check on it and get back to him column, then didn't, opps!

People have got used to getting me in the evenings, The office line is a cell phone so I am accessable but I don't always carry it home at night, gets kinda crazy sometimes. And the business is getting way to big for me to answer all incoming calls. So soon there will be someone answering directing the calls to me I need. Anytime someone cannot reach me they can always call Lisa at 407 832 1824.

I am back on top of things now and almost caught up, call me in the morning.

Brandon, You are not the only one waiting on parts and finding it hard to get a hold of Frank these days.

When you do finally get your parts (and you will) double check them closely as I have a few mixups from Prodigy:
      1. wrong coupler with Ididit column (incorrect part sent twice)
      2. no sender with Rick's gas tank that was part of package (was told is was an back order but right after my call one got sent out)
      3. he resold my radiator to another customer after I sent it back for onyx upgrade - he has had my radiator (now someone else's) since last summer and I still don't have a replacement one from him yet nor a credit back for what I paid for onyx upgrade
      4. he forget to place an order for a rear end with Moser until I called for an update a month after the initial order
      5. he waited over a month to place an order with three vendors (Precision Coachsworks, Electric Life and Vintage Air) after accepted my order and ran credit card - parts from Precision Coachworks showed up 3 days after he put order in based on invoice in packaging slip
      6. long story but he offered to process the Autometer tach rebate ($60) on my behalf - I sent him a completed form and he was going to cut the UPC and mail it in for me before the tach shipped - thought it was going to be awesome customer service - but he ended up forgetting and I have never heard a word about it since and I am out the $60 rebate

I am not trying to beat up Frank as most of the above ended well - free upgrade to billet yoke on rear end and free upgrade to stainless on vibration reducer u-joint from Ididit at price of rag joint but I was out return shipping. The radiator is a major sore spot as Frank is no longer offering the onyx upgrade and I am out the $60 it took to ship him the radiator back for the upgrade. Also, the Autometer rebate upsets me as he offered to do it without asking (I did not ask for him to go the extra mile). I could have got the rebate sent in via other means that were a lot more complicated but it would have got done.

For Frank to say that you can contact Lisa anytime he is unavailble is absolutely untrue. I have never had Lisa pick up the phone when I call and Frank even told me for over a week her cell phone was not working. That doesn't bother me becuase Frank eventually returned my calls and emails but to say call Lisa when Frank is available is a process that has proven not to work on several occasions.

For what's its worth, I just wanted share my experience with Prodigy. I have bought a lot of parts from them and who knows I might buy more. It is good to hear he is trying to correct this issue. I am glad to hear I am not the only one having a hard time getting my parts either.

Well, Meenaggie, your order was a disasater, some our fault, some vendors fault, mosly my personal fault.

As you mentioned, everything has been handled soon as I am aware, and you ARE NOT out the shipping on the Oynx, I told you that would be refunded. I have given up on the Oynx program, ruined 2 radiators doing it trying to make it work.

The rebate is covered by us

Other then you vents which I need to investigate your 100%.

To the OP, I mentioned we could ship the small kits almost immediately but the big ones would be a bit.

I too am awaiting thousands worth of parts (upper four figures) from Frank; my initial order was placed five months ago. That's right, five.

They finally called back yesterday, though I'm sure more delays are in store.

If you do order with them, expect do to your own QA/QC to make sure you got all the parts. Hopefully they will staff up on manpower soon to live up to their previous rapport.

As I mentioned all, A victom of our own succsess. Buisness was up again last year 40% overall and lost a key guy at a busy time. Combine that with some health issues for both Lisa and I which are under control very well now, some monthly magazine deadlines, this auction commitment, and yup, perfect storm.

Prodigy Customs is over 2 million in sales now, so a messed up order here and there is offset by 100 perfect orders.

Many times things are my fault, company and personally. There also is back orders from manufacturers that are a nightmare for us to handle. Have a solution for that coming to called inventory, we have reached that point and are already starting with many products. Which included moving to a bigger place to stock inventory.

Hey Keith, I paid more then retail to order your back ordered front drive kit yesterday, try finding a GMPP front drive, I bought it from a another dealer and paid more then I sold it for on the engine to fill the order. Same with the ECM, try finding one, I paid $70 more for the ECM then I sell them for to get it to you.

Also, when you ordered your wheels wrong, I did send a set of centers, $2800 worth, at my expenses. No one in the business would do that.

Yes, Frank. I appreciate that, although I think some of these expenses would be nullified if placed on time many months ago. I would gladly pay any cost difference to have my parts here in a reasonable amount of time.

And yes, that was my screw-up, and I did offer to cover any associated costs, but props to Prodigy for covering that. I sent several unanswered emails asking when/where to send the unused centers back, but received no reply. Then, when you were in a pinch and needed them over-nighted, I took off work early the very same day to make sure they made the overnight pick-up.

Anyway, everyone knows that Prodigy Customs is a solid company, but sometimes just takes on more than they can handle. We just want our parts so we can finish our projects.

Bro, get you a $12 an hour assistant. One of the best things I've ever done for my business. You take the sale calls, they place the orders and all the follow up, books, etc. I guarantee you will wonder why you didn't do it a loooooooong time ago. That will allow you to spend your time on what you want vs. pushing paper.
