Thanks Keith, I never asked for a penny on the wheel deal and that was BEFORE your big order for the motor and trans. You would not believe how many set of wheels and centers I have bailing people out of incorrect orders on their behalf. No one will do that. I got lucky and found someone that could use those odd ball centers and was willing to pay the overnight to get them, and I managed to recoup $2800 for wheels that are really our of my market place. And I appreciate your getting these out.

Normally what happens in a situation like this is 100 good deads above and boyond the call of duty go unmentioned.

I went to a seminar 20 years ago and someone told me something that stuck, make someone happy, they MIGHT tell one person, piss someone off and they will bitch about it continously until they run out of breath. And now we have the internet. And i have been trying to make too many people happy, and pissed a few off in the process. Like I said, changes ahead.

I just looked, we did 1157 orders last year! Holy crap. Thats a lot.

Well, I lost mine soon as I got him trained damn it. Space has been a big issue, like I said, big changes ahead.

Guys we appreciate the civility in this thread as it seems it's not gotten out of hand....yet. We ask that if there are any further concerns that you contact Frank directly. We understand your issues but we also understand the challanges that occur when a small business becomes successful and just needs the time to catch up. I'll also remind you that no one is more "plugged in" to this community or this hobby as Frank is. If you were going to have issues with backordered parts or waiting issues than you would want to have them with Prodigy because through the years on this website they have always demonstrated a "no man left behind" way of doing business.

      Thanks everyone.

I just want to say a big Thank You to Frank for making my first order ever with Prodigy an awesome one. I called him up in early January and asked him about the Baer T4 set up for a gbody. Over a few phone calls and texts he really helped me iron out all the details about the order and then I finally ordered them. Within two days I had an email from Lisa with the invoice. Frank told me they would be at my door in 4 weeks and they were delivered in 3.5 weeks! During those couple weeks I have called and texted him with some other random questions and every time he has talked to me about my questions. The day the brakes arrived I texted him a couple pics and he replied within 30 minutes.

This was my first ever order from him and he made me feel like I was a $1,000,000 customer. So thanks again Frank for my experiance with your shop...there will be many more I can assure you.

Hate to jump on the band wagon here but I had some work done to my car last year and have been trying to get some issues fixed and have called Frank and his son and sent emails and still have not gotten them fixed. The two issues that I have left is the HGM transmission controller when it comes on you get an error code and you have to press the same button 10 times in order to clear it and the belt on the pulley is riding on top of the pulley and appears to be wearing out quicker then it should. As for the rest of the car everything is great but I would like to get these fixed they are aggravating and I don't want the belt to just disintegrate while driving it is already showing some wear and I have not put many miles on it.

Eddie, I have offered and I am happy to pay someone there or do it here either way. Both issues showed up after testing and time. We are not going to capable of fixing this by phone. As you know I have offered to pick it up next time through Fayetteville but that has not happened yet. And last I talked I assumed this was handled, first I have heard about it since December.

If you want I can make arrangements to have it shipped here, I will cover it, or have someone there handle, either way.

I cannot offer more then that.

Please call Frank directly. He's back in action, and readily available.
