      Metal Help

      hello everyone, needing some metal help? just bought a 69 camaro from a friend and gonna need some metal replacement, fenders, rear quarters, rockers and maybe doors(they shaved the handels and locks) not sure if they will be salvagable, I havent got the paint stipped yet but can see thru the paint thats on it (cancerous bubbles) plastic and rust im thinking, it's gonna need some love. looking for realy good quality stuff, Year one? Classic Ind? NPD? there might be a few more that make them?

      Send some pictures, so I can better address your issue. Always try to keep as much original metal as possible, Even if it means patching problem areas. Aftermarket metal....well it's exactly that...secondary to the original. All though there is good replacement metal out there, pretty much all metal replaced is going to require some craftsmanship to fit and install it correctly.
