Subframe Cross Reference
I am in need of a new subframe for my '69 camaro since mine was damaged in an accident. I found a really nice one from a '68 firebird convertible. Can anyone tell me if this will fit my '69 coupe? Where there any difference between firebird /camaro or coupe/convertible. Thanks

I am not familiar with the pontiac convert frames but I believe they are the same. Not sure if they would have a different rear mounting pad.
I was under a 67 Camaro vert and they were the same.

Sub is same, BUT steering linkage is different ratio. Linkage will also work if entire package is used. Engine mount towers will have to be changed as well.
