      Turn Signals

Left front turn signal not working.
But with Hazards on all four signals work.
Is there a way to check the signal switch?
If switch is the problem what is involved in replacing it?
      Thanks,

Not sure about how to test a module, but replacing is simple. Unplug the old and plug in the new. It is underdash right behind the ash tray.

I would think that you could check the switch with an ohm meter....

I think he's talking about the turning signal blinker/flasher....the emergency blinker/flasher is probably plugged into the fuse panel, but the signal flasher is mounted elsewhere.

Sorry was not thinking last night
plus I am lost with this sparkie stuff.
If the right side blinker woks fine
could the blinker flasher still be suspect?
All 4 hazards work, so dont think it is
      the bulbs or wiring.
That is why I was wondering about the
      turn signal switch.
Thanks again for all the help.

I would try replacing the bulbs(sounds like a corny suggestion, but sometimes the filiment can be broken and do wired things)....check each socket really good for corrosion, add some diaelectric grease to each socket....check the grounds at each socket(use a ohm meter or a continuity testlight to verify the grounds), make sure you know whether or not that you do or do not have 12v at the light socket that isn't burning....rule all of those simple, pesky things first before we dive into the wiring harness or switches.
