I think the thing that has us home builders perplexed it the methods and materials. I know I have questions on what to use. What makes the best base to start with on a door panel or trunk panel? plastic sheet? 1/4 plywood? Something else? Whats the best method of attaching the panel to the car? I've seen Velcro used. Hidden fasteners like the old OEM pus in type? Layering door panels to cover some fasteners? Does the glue in a aerosol spray can really hold well enough? Is one brand of glue better then others? A big list of DON'T DO THIS would be helpful to keep from making timely and costly mistakes....
