Thanks Mary, I'm excited to get it done too. You know you're welcome "out east" any time and we'll make you feel at home. Looking forward to seeing you in Columbus.

Very nice build! As a "Nash" Nerd though the LS transplant is a little bothersome but understand where you're coming from. The suspension setup is very interesting early on but looks like you've changed it again to what?

I have a friend in Colorado who's a member here that has some very nice AMC's but his 2 seaters have remained stock. He did however tweak these!

Thanks Torquedork - that's some cool AMC iron in Colorado. I've changed the front suspension to a custom made Heidt's Pro-G system that uses first gen Camaro upper and lower control arms, etc. to give me the most flexibility with changing and tuning. The Control Freak pictured above looks very similar with the exception of the cross member.

I have removed the former suspension system as a unit, if you know anyone that's interested in a Hotchkis, Global West, Brembo disc brake front suspension system, let me know, I'll make them a good deal.

Thanks Will. Hey Scott and Kevin, it's always a pleasure to see you guys - you're welcome at any of our events. I like to see you in KC though as we have a few minutes to spend just chatting and shooting the *****! Did you figure out the mechanical issue on the Camaro yet?

Ouch, that really sucks. Guess it's a good thing you didn't thrash on the clutch on Saturday night!! I'd be curious to know the cause - I've seen this happen more than once at track events and I want to make sure it doesn't happen to me. I haven't bought an Accusump yet and I'm thinking maybe I should?

Jimi, I just saw this link posted on a thread on Lat G and it might be good reading for you with your LS3 and future tracking.

Thanks Flash, really good information. I'm going to look into dry sump systems now! I plan to drive balls out on the track and I want to focus on the line, braking points, turn in, apex, etc, not the oil pressure gauge.

Get me a photo of the unit or I'll scroll back to see if something is there and I'll see what I can do.
