Yeah JP, that is one thing Page said he thought might have been a good idea. They almost did on the 77 tour. Which would have been good because he was all smacked out.

The Stones have brought a big band out for years.

Interesting, I never thought of that but can totally see it. Then kudos!

I saw AC/DC in November. Just the 5 of them. They were on top of their game, though my wife thinks Angus Young is the ugliest man alive.

I saw The Who and the Stones in the late 80s (but not since). I don't remember if they had more mates on stage or not. Might have been the beer.

They had a good size tour band in 88 on the Steel Wheels tour.

Well there ya go. I learned something today. It's disappointing, but I guess I don't blame them. Most fans care more about the sound rather than who makes it, I guess.

I liked stones shows with horns sections and all. Our wedding band had a great horn section. Last song of the night? Bitch.

Speaking of great band, I have BB King/Buddy Guy tickets on Saturday night!

Lucky dude! As for me... I'm in debt in the marriage bank, so I might end up seeing Elton John next month.

If you read about some distraught dude from Central Florida blowing his brains out at an Elton John concert, that'll be me.

LOL. Yeah, I can't wait. Our wedding song was a Buddy Guy tune. I had to explain to the guitar player in the band who Buddy Guy was. Putz.

Can't believe no one picked up on the baked beans comment

I wished they had played It's Legal Matter and dedicated it to Tiger Woods. :0
