I think Tobin at Kore3 also sells those brackets.

I'd still give him a call, chances are even if he doesn't have the bracket you need, he can point you in the right direction.

Touring Classics was the only other company that comes to mind offering a C5/C4 hybrid type of kit, and they're no longer in the biz as far as I know.

Just out of curiosity, why don't you want to run C5 rotors?

Actually Kore 3 has several hybrid setups too. But if I remember correctly the C4 uses a smaller rotor and C5 uses the 13 in rotor. As for a drum brake 1st gen you turn your drum hub down to 5.94" then slide on C5 rotor and Kore 3 brackets and C5 calipers, this way you need 17" wheels, if you use the Kore 3 hybrid it uses the smaller C4 12 in rotor and C5 calipers I believe is the proper way to explain it.

The HD c4 rotors are 13" they are not as thick as the C5 rotor and the off set is different allowing for more wheels to fit. I don't think Kore3 sells a C4 rotor C5 caliper kit because of the smaller thickness of the C4 rotor. Tobin explained it in a post once but I don't remember exactly what the issue is.

because I have 17" torque thruster II wheels and the C5 rotors put my calapers to close to the wheel with the C4 rotos it backes them off the back of my wheel for cleance
