Does anyone have any recommendations for an engine dyno/tune shop in the Bay Area preferably the North Bay

T.O.E. in Suisun has an engine dyno. I don't know if they do wank ins though. They build nascar motors and high end restoration motors.
Advanced dyno technologies in Suisun does chassis dyno. They are into LS motored cars and don't know squat about carburetors, so you have to do your own tuning.
