Most systems have the reel at the top point. The way the belt is designed to stay tight at the plug is for slack to be taken up at the upper portion, going from the plug to the roof line. Since a retractor at the roof would look silly, it would require a redesin of the plug to allow the belt adjustment to work back wards. You would plug in and take up the slack from the lap belt portion to feed in to the low retractor. This is not how any cars function and would really be out of character for standard restraint systems. It works really well this way, and isn't really an inconvenience as the additional section is really only in the way when the other section is as well.

Do you still believe in all the things that you stood by before? Are you out there on the front lines, or at home keeping score?
Do you care to be the layer of the bricks that seal your fate? Would you rather be the architect of what we might create?

Is the Morris Belt made by "Seat Belt Solutions" or are we looking at something different?

      3 point retractable seat belts

No SBS doesn't make MCC seat belts only the reel. SBS is a supplier of only the reel. They have a picture of our seat belts on their site.
Morris Classic Concepts,LLC is a seperate company. We have Patented bracket designs for Classic cars that are year and car specific. The only direct bolt in 3 point system for your muscle car. Billy
