The wheelwells are big, but the real prpblem here is the tire/wheel is too small. This thing is screaming for 22's

Yeah the wheel well on these things could stuff a Kia and still have plenty of clearance! I wish I could keep it, and do a LS swap and go all out with 22's and what not but I do not have the cash flow and have to many other projects.

I should have some more progress here in the next week or so I should start working on it again. I may see about selling the current wheels and tires and some other spare parts I have laying around and using that money to buy a bigger set of wheels and tires.

      Thanks

Don't know if I could go that big, I did look at some 20" KMC rockstar cars and some 20" KMC nova's I like both and they are very good bang for the buck.

Here is a link to the wheels.

I think you have the P/T concept all wrong. Note that most builds are going to 18's or maybe 18/20's to reduce unspring weight.

The KMC Nova is clean and simple wheel that would look good on anything. The Rockstar is pretty cool too. Rather trendy, but still cool.

I like the Novas..not to big on the rockstars as every other 4x4 truck has them..But I dig your project!

Your thinking of the other rockstars those are a diffrent wheel, and yes they are very over used.

I like both I just have to get some cash to get new wheels.

I hear ya, I am on there for my daily driver (04 2500HD).

Well I put the front suspension on yesterday just to move it off the lift, I am wanting to list the old wheels and tires to hopefully fund the new wheels and tires. So if anybody is interested let me know!
