sqauring up sub frame ?

are they an easy way to getting the subframe back under the first gen camaro (squared up) so the sheet metal will all line up ? thanks

Somewhere on this site David Pozzi has posted a copy of the page from the Maint. Manual that lists all the appropriate measurements.

I'll see if I can find it later today, but right now I'm a bit swamped.
