Need some measurements from a 68 Camaro SS

I need measurements to get the emblems on my car.

I used the search function and couldn't find the answers.
I have the AIM, but can't find any reference pictures in the manual...if they are in there, please tell me where to look.


Front Header:
Emblem placement on the front header panel. If you can give me the measurements using the "by Chevrolet" part of the emblem as a reference, that would be great.


Fender emblems:
1) where in relation to the body line does the lowercase Camaro script sit?
2) where does the "SS" go in relation to the body line
3) for both, how from from the door edge of the fender panel
4) On a finished car, how do you get them mounted? I can't see how I'd get my hands back there to put the nuts on.

Interior:
Where does the Camaro emblem go on the deluxe door panel?
