One of my major concerns. May be more than two, but won't all be first gen camaros, you can count on that.

One way to assure your car in the calendar is to build something different, if fact, pretty much anything different.

If I can score a shot of one before we go to print.. then yea.

Hmm.. I should dig a little deeper, I think I have an autocross pic of Andrew's goat on file.

For next year (2011 calendar) we can specifically target cars. Right now we are just going by what's on my 1tb hard drive.

The main problem with a calendar is that even if you do 13 months, and have a cover image, you still only have 14 cars.

We will try and make it as diverse as we can.

I'd be in for a calendar. To increase the number of cars in teh calendar what about putting in some extra page, (back, center) or even doing a 15 month calendar? Probably won't add too much to the cost and could add a number of exta cars. Even the extra pages maybe could be divided into 4 pics a page or something.

      Just throwing out some ideas.

I don't have all the details, but it will be of member's cars, in action at some of the events. We are protouring, so I think action shots are more about who we are then static car show shots.
      So,
      1. If you want to be in this or future calendars, you need to participate in events.
      2. If a calendar was offered, would you pay $25 for it? Remember, we will not be producing 10 zillion of them so it is doubtful we can offer one for $8.95 but I think we can get in the $25 range.

Please, post up in the next few days if you are interested, as we will need to get on the ball if we are going to do this for 2010.
Sounds good but I too would prefer less than half done with Camaros. I love em, but they get way too much press. Action shots are good but build photos could also be good inspiration.

I you look at what I posted then you would see that there's only three Camaros listed.

But, lets be honest.. I bet over 60% of this site has a Camaro.. but with only 14 images to work with we need to give plenty of love to the other brands. Still, we can't get in everyone or everything.

I say we stick with a theme.. action shots. After all, there are a bazzilion calendars with static car shots and that's NOT what we are about. Let's celebrate our cars actually being used.

I like build shots but I'm not sure I want to start at a half-done car for a month.

Why not put a bunch of pictures up on a page and have people vote...2 through 13 get put in the calendar and the top 1 gets the cover or something....

      Action Photos Too ?

Is it possible to include a couple calendar shots of your cool "car in action" photos too ? ... Just a thought to jazz up a bit from the usual static pose photos.
