i would give tobin at kore3 a call or shoot him an email. Ive been talking to him about the c6 z06 brakes for my GTO. He recommended that i upgrade the rotors to a non drilled rotor if im going to be doing any extreme driving.

The C6 ZO6 brakes are perfectly fine for 99% of people. I have them on my GTO with DBA rotors and they work great.

Zero issues with the Z06 brakes on all 4 corners for me either.

Tobin from Kore3 sells a kit to make it bolt on your spindles, no problems. Bang for the buck the best 6 piston setup you can get. Yes, they are track safe- check with Probell (Randy), he's run a bunch of track days on the c6 z06 calipers but with 2pc rotors and track pads.

I was out at the track and there were 3 C6 Z06's and NONE of them had the stock brakes in place, my 2c. they all had stop tech brakes, and damn they work!

Lots of guys think they need to have aftermarket brakes. Granted, sometimes they are indeed better off, but you have to be pretty serious at that point.
