      Kev's dailydriver: 1998 Mustang

      Hi there,

this is my other car besides my 1979 Monte Carlo. My daily driven car - a 1998 Mustang V6. I just want to show you guys some pics of it..

this is what it looked like when I bought it december 2007 (crappy pics from the pre-owner)

the car had a true dual exhaust with dynomax mufflers and 3.5" tips.

I pulled off the ugly 18" rims and put the stock pony wheels on,

few weeks later some goodies arrived (smoked headlights, tokico HP blue struts, lowering springs, catback, B&M hammer shifter)

also some 19" wheels came in:

December 2008 my neighbour crashed into my car:

Her insurance paid good so we'll repaint the whole car. Color is "dark shadow grey" from Ford - it'll be just like this:

I just photoshopped my wheels on this pic

here some progress from last days:

No not really. But I also thought about that. But I want to put all attention to my Monte Carlo - not the Mustang. I just have some Ford Racing 3.73 gears and t-lok for the rear end waiting for install.

      Lookin good C-Kev!

The colour and the wheels look sweet!

I wonder if that is like the Cyber Gray Metallic (CGM) available for the 2010 Camaro?

      Cheers,
      Brian.

      thx guys!

now I brought her home last wednesday.. already started to get everyting back on but also started to rain over here. I still need to paint some parts black to hide some red stuff (suspension stuff - you can see through the wheels the red frame things) but over all I think the car looks fn amazing!!

on first pic you can see the tiny car in the background - it's my car while the mustang isn't ready to drive LOL
