      Which Radiator Cap??

Can someone please explain to me the differences in lb ratings on radiator caps?? ie: 16lb cap, 14lb cap....huh?

My current cap is leaking and I want to know what correct one to use now. I have a mild (400hp) 355, with an edelbrock water pump and a griffen radiator.

You normally would want the highest rated cap that your cooling system can handle without leaks. I'd start with an 18 lb cap.
