The Automotive News section is a collection of news feeds that automatically post on our site from various sources.. sometimes they send garbage characters in the feed, and that's where that stuff comes from. We're trying to find a software solution to fix it. They suck.

      Sweet but Sad.

Those are some sweet renderings. But with the way the U.S. manufacturers economic trouble they will more than likely never see the asphalt. With Chrysler only giving its oh so coveted Nascar teams only 30% of the factory support it had last year. I would much rather see cars with the DTM / WTCC / BTC platform compete more than the COT (Crap Of Today) spec racers. Oh wait didnt we try that once with the NATCC, oh yeah it lasted one year and bombed.

Looks neat, but how wide would that car be? A stock Challenger is pretty big to begin with ...

      cheers

Very cool. I have been waiting for someone to start bringing back IMSA GT/Group 5 type cars. But it has been done.

I honestly would not want to drive the car in the rendering... having owned a new challenger I can say that they are big and wide as-is.... add 12" on each side and that thing would take up the whole track!! lol
