      Custom headers

Ive never taken the plunge for a set of customs. Always been in to much of a hurry, and why spend a LOT of $$$ when you can cheap out.
But this time, given that there are no 'off the shelve' pieces available, and stock manifolds are completely out of the question, Im going for it. Since Ive hated virtually every header Ive ever owned (for perpetually leaking and scraping the ground), I made it clear that this set was not going to do either of those things. My only other requirement is they flow enough air to keep up with the boosted motor.
2.250" primaries into a 4" exhaust system should take care of that. I cannot take a camera into the shop that is building these (photos not allowed), but as soon as they are done Ill post pics.
Then its off to Swain for ceramic coating.

      Appreciate the link.

I had Spintech fabricate the collector extensions. We needed a 28 degree bend that began with a 4" round, and then as it went thru the bend, transition to a 4" oval. And it had to happen in a fairly short length. The parts turned out pretty nice. They go to the header fabricator today.

OK, finally had enough time away from work to snatch the car out of the chassis shop. Here are the headers. We incorporated the Spintech transitions into the collector.
