Rear 67 camaro spoiler question

Any body got there rear spoiler off right now Im looking to drill some holes. does 3 1/2" over from the sides and 1" from the back sound right for the back 2 corner holes

two ways to approach this I s'pose.

1) "There are several templates, but the best advice is to not use them for anything more than a general idea. The best way is to place a piece of cardboard along where the spoiler installs, take your spoiler and set it in place pushing down to indent the cardboard with the studs and there is the exact template for where to drill your holes."

2) Go to http://www.firstgen.com/catalog/Ricks-182-201.pdf then to page 197.

Be sure to check your spoiler vs the template measurements before drilling any holes. I don't think all spoilers are exactly the same.

I made my own template of my spoiler using paper and tape, then taped that to my trunk lid while it was still on the car.
