i am going to be running 17's all the way around and the front is a stock disc break i just wanted the disc on the back for little better stoping and looks better than the drums on rims that you can see the braking system. i like the 4th gen solution alot would be cheap to do.As for the budget i would say not a hole lot of room but it depends on what it cost to no rather i could afford it and or save a little out of a couple checks
