Seen a couple of those on Ebay, not to impressed with the small Mopar V-6 and the auto trans. Make it one seat shorter and put a Hyabusa in it and you would be closer.

The CaparoT1 is pretty cool- One was at SEMA two years ago. Around $600,000 and very tempermental. Lots of fires - Top Gear tested it and they weren't real impressed. Like an F1 car if it isn't driven at its limit it doesn't work very well.

I like it but for that $ I would just buy a Radical (it to should be able to drive upside down) V-8 (Hyabusa based) and save $500K.

I take everything Jeremy Clarkson says with a grain of salt though. Remember he thought the Z06 was a rattle trap. You cant argue with the Stigs lap time. Some 15 seconds quicker than any other non-race car........regardless of Clarkson's opinion it is street legal in Europe. I think they are getting past their teething problems though. If I was in that income bracket it would be part of the stable.
