      And you know this because you work here? I did your job, so I know first hand what is going on under that roof, but can you say you've done mine? You have no idea how busy I am day in and day out. Come on Jay, it's not an attack on you per say, so don't take it personally. Read the thread, I didn't start this thread, your customers did. Customer service on any level can be improved, I deal with distributors 2 to 3 times as big as Budnik, (ya believe it there are wheel companies bigger than Budnik) who handle inventory and customer service much better, so size, and quantity of inbound phone calls should make no difference. Daily, I do more than I've ever done, but know the importance of keeping our customers well informed as to exactly what is going on with their orders, regardless if its a coil-over, AirRide kit, Camaro front clip, or custom set of wheels. I find that customers don't want to be lied too, or strung a long. That's why my policy is to shoot straight from the hip.... By doing so, I never get the "where's my ***** phone calls". Which were one of the major reasons I left budnik... among others....
