      T-400 modulator

      Been so long since I drove it;has manual valve body so do I still need to hook up vaccume to modulator ?

      Yep, or it will never shift out of first gear at part throttle. Get a red stripe modulator so you can adjust the screw inside it to have some control over shift points.

      If you have a manual control valve body, which it sounds as though you do, you shouldn't need a vacuum modulator. Most of the manual valve bodies, just plug off the port. Do you know what brand you are running?

      T-4 mod.

      no it was built about 15-20 yrs ago;low first gear etc.cost $2500 bucks then,I didn't think it neededV supply thanks again!
