Euro 55 Chevy Project Update
Well, this winter I'm diving into the installation of a Street & Performance Multi-Port F.I. system. At this point, I'm just trial fitting the manifold on my ZZ3 engine...so far so good but there is not much room for the distributor to slide in with the tall hi-rise design!
I'm also started to design the fuel delivery system with a Rock Valley SS tank with internal pump, a pair of SS fuel lines and the necessary AN fittings and steel braided hoses....pricey!! But this should bring the car into the 21st Century with better performance and MPG not to mention getting rid of that gas smell in the garage. After installing an LS1/6 Speed in my 69 Camaro and driving it around I hope to never have a carb on a car again!
I recently had the car painted a Porsche Titanium Metallic and I finally got all the trim back on the car (all stainless is brushed or powder coated silver). I still have some door / rear panel interior work to do after installing a complete BMW 3-series "M" leather interior this past summer.
Here's a few pictures of the latest:

I like it. What tire and wheel sizes are you using?

Euro 55 Chevy Project Update
The wheels are Breyton 18"x8" 235/40/18 tires front and 20"x9.5" 255/35/20 rear. These wheels are hi-end BMW wheels (120 MM) that I purchased off Ebay for a very reasonable price. I use hubcentric inserts on the front and the rear has a late model C-4 Corvette independent suspension and they slip right on the collar of the hub. This is the 3rd set of BMW wheels that I've had on the car which adds to my "Euro" theme.

Nice ride! It's very hard to be different with a tri-5 Chevy but you have done it very successfully. The no bright work look also gives the car a street fighter or industrial look which are both considered "cool". Enjoy!
01-27-2008 #6very clean ride but not sure if I'm feeling those wheels on there

02-02-2008 #7nice car but i'm not diggin the wheels either. if you switch them out, find something with a deep lip. you also might want a lower stance if your looking for an american drifter that has a euro/rice racer touch. check out the end of the fast and furious tokyo drift when vin diesel pulls up and you'll see what i mean.
no, i'm not a star wars nerd.
02-03-2008 #8Nice car! I went with BMW wheels myself, alot of great pro touring options and stuff you dont see everywhere, maybe thats why other dont dig the wheels when you go with something different people have to warm up to it.
