      window moulding help needed

my car has just had the roof and quarters replaced. so the pins that hold the clips on for the moulding are gone. my questions is, whats the best way to get the pins back in place? how many pins are their on the roof line and the quarters? whats the best thing to use? my car is almost finished with the paint, and i want to get the glass put in, but was told to wait until i get the pins back in place for the molding. anyone have any ideas? i need some

well you can get a local body shop with a stud gun to put the factory style pins back on or you can use screws or maybe even a rivet if you can find one small enough

You can buy screw in studs to replace them. Just about any restoration catalog will have them.

I like to use the stud gun. Neat tool.

Screws work too. On mine its 8 along the top and 4 down each side. My 67 was different.
