I've done the swap already using the LQ4. Now looking to upgrade to factory EFI and t-56. Check my link for pics below.

      Good pics
What plates / motor mounts did you use?
      No AC?
Did you have to cut the sub-frame to clear the alternator?
      What oil pan?
      Any steering box clearance issues?
      What headers?

S&P plates with the stock 81 mounts but I moved the engine back almost 2" to mate to the already installed th350. IMO the engine sits best this way.
No a/c and zero alternator or frame problems. F-body pan. Headers are old sbc hookers reworked to LS1 flanges. They are only temporary and will be swapped out for some 4th gen pacesetters soon.

      S&P?
I bet moving it back 2" & adding the F-Body pan helped any frame & steering clearance issues.
      Thanks!

Street and Performance mounts. The only reason I moved it back was to mate to the th350 which was in the factory location. I unbolted the subframe mounts from the car, bolted them to the engine and set the whole thing in so the bellhousings met. That was a little less than 2". I didn't want to goof around with driveshaft lenghts on the th350 if I have to do it again once the t-56 is in. There would still be zero clearance problems moving the engine forward to where the motor mounts line up with the subframe mounts. 2nd gens don't usually need oil pan or steering mods like the first gens do with the f-body pan.
