Owner of the mid year is Brian Finch. I didn't get to meet him formally, but that was the coolest car there this year. All C4 suspension. It came in second in the autocross shootout. The car is not yet complete, so it looks like it weighs about 26-2700 lbs. Therefore it was very light on its toes and very fast. I hope he doesn't finish it because it looked cool just the way it is.

The first words out of my mouth wen I saw the car were "Brian, tell me its done. Please tell me your finished. Please.."

I think that car is going to get a bit faster in the near future with the help of a little LS6.

That was probably the car that impressed me the most at the autocross. He drove the hell out of that thing.

I would like to see him get an interior and maybe finish up with some missing body treatments. But other than that I think a nice black satin paint job would look killer.

Bringing the vette was actually a backup plan since my free new tires from the Nashville GG autocross did not show up. The old skins on the Camaro had 1 too many runs so the decision was made.

The great thing about that this was all the positive feedback on the car. Based on that I have decided to go with flat black and a satin CC on the exterior and all the trim, bumpers, grill and such will be plated in Black Chrome. The powerplant should be upgraded soon with a little LS6 help from Andrew and the Brakes will be upgraded from C4 to C5 front and rear. The interior will be finished out in whatever makes sense including keeping the 67 mustang seats.

The goal is to be ready for RTTH4 but my current 67 mustang build has to be ready for the Year One event so it may not be 100% but it will be better and stronger than this year for sure.

I do have to say the best part of the weekend was all the great people you get to meet and mingle with. Top quality folks.

off topic I do have one thing you guys may be able to assist with. Would my 2 RTTH3 trophy's look better on the wall with one on top of the other or side by side? Maybe opposing corners...Hmmm may take a few mock ups to get it right.

Yeah, that's what I was doing, being stupid! Oh well, it's not like that was the first time I broke my car, it'll get fixed. The worst part of it was having to be a spectator all weekend - at least you guys put on a good show! Thanks!

I would put them on the ceiling in the bedroom. Thanks for coming to RTH3.

I received the Fastest Lap pre 87 award on Saturday during the autocross which is basically second place and on Sunday I won the Quickest reaction time with an .002 light. Both were tougher since the vette has a 6 spd...
